Turn a completed order into a reason to come back
Woo-Rewards creates a store-local customer rewards wallet. Eligible purchases earn credit when orders are completed, and shoppers can use their available rewards toward future orders—or save them for later.
Reward every eligible purchase
Default rewards rate of 2%, with configurable earning percentages to fit your store.
Make rewards easy to use
Customers can apply available rewards at checkout or keep their balance for another purchase.
Keep every credit accountable
Detailed wallet histories record rewards earned, redeemed, adjusted, and related reasons.
Customers can see what they’ve earned
A dedicated My Account → My Rewards page displays available credit, lifetime earnings, redeemed rewards, and a detailed activity history.
- Clearly displayed available rewards
- Lifetime earned and redeemed totals
- Transaction details and adjustment reasons
- Paginated history, eight entries per page
- Reminder that credits are awarded after order completion
