Your next customer may already be shopping at another store.
Traditional advertising can be expensive and unpredictable. The Referral Network proposes a cooperative alternative: relevant merchant-to-merchant recommendations, balanced exposure, and performance-based fees.
Reach new shoppers
Place your products in front of customers browsing other participating WooCommerce stores.
Recommend with relevance
Use product fit, demand patterns, and conversion signals to choose useful recommendations.
Share the opportunity
Participating merchants host fellow stores’ recommendations while receiving network exposure themselves.
One recommendation can open the door to a new customer.
When a shopper visits a participating store, the network can display a relevant product recommendation from another participating merchant. If the shopper follows the link and completes a qualifying, attributed order, the advertising merchant pays the referral fee.
- Recommendations display in designated store placements
- Clicks and qualifying referred purchases are tracked
- Participation is reciprocal: stores give exposure to receive exposure
- Relevance and fair opportunity both shape the proposed ranking system

Pay for sales, not just attention.
The planned system distinguishes ordinary visits from purchases that originate through tracked network referrals. It is designed to charge participating merchants on qualifying attributed orders—not simply when a product is displayed or clicked.
- No monthly Referral Network subscription in the proposed model
- Only qualifying, tracked referral-origin purchases trigger the referral fee
- Wallet transaction histories explain each deduction
- Store owners can review referral activity and wallet balances
No monthly network subscription. A fee when a referral converts.
The proposed model uses a prepaid merchant wallet to cover referral fees.
Per qualifying referred purchase. A $100 attributed order would result in a $2.30 wallet deduction.
No fee is proposed for ordinary organic orders that did not originate from a network referral.
Replenishment is designed to trigger near a $5 balance, while advertising eligibility pauses near $2 to avoid an unfunded referral charge.
Wallet funding and card processing may involve separate payment processing charges.
All figures describe the planned commercial model. Final eligibility, fees, payment terms, and launch timing may change.
Powered by relevance and shared market intelligence.
MarketSync Insights is intended to supply aggregated trends that can help the Referral Network identify better product matches. The recommendation system is designed to balance the opportunity for participating merchants with shopper relevance and conversion performance.
Product trends
Use aggregated demand and category signals to identify products that may interest shoppers.
Geographic demand
Consider regional demand patterns when they meaningfully improve recommendation relevance.
Balanced exposure
Combine merchant fairness with relevance and measured performance rather than simply favoring the biggest stores.
Insights-to-Referral data sharing is part of the proposed system architecture, not a verified live integration.
Give visibility. Gain visibility.
Unlike conventional advertising networks, participating stores agree to make room for each other’s recommendations. Network eligibility is designed around verified placement participation, with safeguards for temporary outages and low-traffic stores.
Join the network
Enroll a WooCommerce store and configure the required payment wallet.
Host recommendations
Show network recommendations in approved positions on your storefront.
Gain relevant reach
Let the recommendation engine consider your products for other participating stores.
Pay on conversion
Fund referral fees from the wallet only when a qualifying referred sale is attributed.
What merchants should know.
Not yet. This page describes the planned product and commercial model. Enrollment and download availability will be announced when the network is ready.
Referral Network is designed as a separate WooCommerce plugin in the broader MarketSync suite. Insights data is intended to improve the central recommendation engine, but using an Insights subscription is not described as a prerequisite for every participating merchant.
No. The proposed charge applies to qualifying orders attributed to cross-store referral links, not to unrelated or organic orders.
No. Reciprocal ad placement is a core requirement of the proposed network. Stores that disable mandatory placements would be excluded until compliance is restored.
Under the proposed terms, the referral fee is not reversed for merchant refunds or chargebacks.
Independent businesses. Shared opportunity.
We’re building a smarter advertising network where merchants support one another—one relevant recommendation, one referral, and one sale at a time.
We are co-authors writing each other’s success.
